Twenty-three years of sustainable landscape design, installation, and long-term care across North Atlanta estates, HOA communities, and commercial properties. The same crews. The same standards. The same family-owned company since 2003.
Second-generation landscape professional, leading the firm since founding in 2003.
The Foundations
Sustainable, by intention — not by trend.
Right plant, right place.
Native and climate-adapted selections that thrive in Georgia clay without irrigation dependence. Lower water use. Lower maintenance cost. Healthier soil after five years, not depleted.
Soil before specimens.
Every installation begins with soil work — amendments, aeration, drainage correction. Mature landscapes compound on healthy ground; a $40,000 install fails on a $400 soil shortcut.
One crew, one property.
Assigned maintenance teams that learn your property — the drainage swale that floods, the magnolia that drops early, the gate code that changes Tuesdays. Continuity is the discipline that turns service into stewardship.
Twenty-three years of compounding work.
Properties we installed in 2008 are at their best now. That is the proof. Design is what you specify on paper; a landscape is what survives a decade of August heat and February ice.
What we do
Five disciplines — practiced by the same company for twenty-three years.
Design & Installation
Residential landscape design, hardscape, drainage, and full-property installations across North Atlanta estates.
Plans drawn in-house. Crews led by long-tenured foremen. Plant material sourced from regional growers — never big-box dumps.
Estate Maintenance
Weekly and bi-weekly maintenance programs for residential properties on one to ten acres.
Pruning, bed care, mulching cycles, seasonal color rotations, and full grounds discipline — the same crew assigned to your property year over year.
Calibrated for North Atlanta's transition zone. Bermuda, zoysia, fescue, and Bermuda-fescue blends — each on its own program, not a generic schedule.
HOA & Communities
Common area maintenance, entrance feature renovation, and seasonal color for homeowner associations.
Contracts written in plain English. Site walks with the board. Twenty-plus active community contracts across Forsyth, Fulton, and Cherokee counties.
Commercial & Senior Living
Office parks, mixed-use, medical campuses, and senior living communities.
Insurance, scale, and reliability appropriate to commercial properties. Same crew model — translated to seven-figure annual programs.

Recent work
A landscape compounds. So does the work behind it.
A small sample. The full portfolio is shown on-site during the consultation, walking the property where the work was done.

About the company
Founded in 2003 — and still owner-led.
Michael Lores Jr. founded the company in 2003 with a single maintenance crew and a flatbed truck. Twenty-three years later, he still walks the properties — most weeks, most months. That continuity is the company.
The work has expanded into estate installations, HOA contracts, commercial campuses, and senior living grounds care. The standards have not. The crew leads who started in their twenties are now in their forties — and many of the properties we maintain today are properties we installed a decade ago.
We are a North Atlanta company. We work where we can show up same-day if a storm comes through. We do not franchise. We do not subcontract the actual landscape work. The crew on your property is paid by the company that signed the contract.
Consultations are scheduled by phone or email. We do not run paid lead campaigns, and we do not sell information to third parties. The walk takes about an hour and there is no charge.
